We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days delivery after dispatch

Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50 – 15-25 business days delivery after dispatch

Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Our Returns Promise

We want you to love your contemporary wardrobe selections as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our dresses, jeans, tops or other essentials, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Knitwear items that have been tried on without a protective layer
  • Any intimate apparel or swimwear with removed hygiene tags

How to Return an Item

Our Edinburgh team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Process

Exchanges
